Neeley’s Towing and Recovery began in 1976 with one location, one tow truck and the goal of providing quality towing and recovery services while being customer service oriented and informative. We’ve found that new clients don’t usually know what to expect when they need a tow or recovery job. Our knowledgeable, professionally trained staff takes time to explain how and why we tow certain vehicles in specific ways to ensure that each vehicle gets the protection it deserves.
The family has used our entrepreneurial spirit to foster substantial growth in clientele as well as services. After 45 years and two generations of sweat equity, Neeley’s Towing and Recovery has built a staff of more than 20 professionally trained operators. We’ve also outfitted ourselves with the most technologically advanced equipment in the industry and are bonded and insured for any job.
Our reputation and rapid response time has earned more than the confidence of our clients, which include local and state police. We are also a trusted vendor for Peterbilt, Freightliner, and Mack dealers. On the light duty side, we are proud to be the preferred towing company for Chevrolet, Honda, Toyota, GMC and Cadillac. Today, Neeley’s Towing and Recovery handles between 250-300 jobs per week, steadily making us the largest and most reputable towing and recovery service in 4-states area.
